You don’t need to wait for your next trip to Bali to enjoy a delicious Açaí Bowl. After reading this blogpost you’ll be able to prepare it for yourself whenever you want to!

I love this recipe because it’s so simple, healthy, super yummy and always a big crowd pleaser. Just the perfect way to start your day and energize!

For my Açaí Bowls I use Pamela Reif's Organic Açaí Puree (not sponsored). I love this brand because the Açaí tastes amazing, it’s organic and without added sugar or other additives. This brand works with only sustainable resources and helps to protect the Brazilian rainforest. Even the packaging is made from recycled material!

If you use Açaí (frozen puree or powder) try to find a good, organic brand so you can get the best quality.

Ingredients (1 Portion)

  • 50gr Frozen Açaí Puree (you can also use 2 tbsp Açaí Powder)

  • ½ Frozen Banana

  • 70gr Frozen Raspberries

  • 100ml Plantbased Mylk (I use Soy or Almond)

  • Toppings: Fresh Fruit, Granola, Hemp Seeds, Chia or Flax Seeds, Almonds

Preparation (5 Min)

  1. Put the frozen Açaí, Banana, Raspberries and plantbased Mylk in a food processor or blender and mix until you have a creamy mass.

  2. Wash and cut your fruits for the topping

  3. Put your blended Açaí mass into a bowl and decorate with your favorite toppings!

As you can see, it’s really really simple! I have this breakfast almost everyday and like to vary with the toppings. Usually I love to use all kinds of berries but mango, nectarine or banana will also taste amazing with it.

For an extra portion of energy, you can also put one scoop of peanut butter in it!
